2 can of chunk tuna drained of water
1 can of chick peas
½ cup of diced red bell pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
1 tbsp olive oil


Mix all the ingredients and keep them in the refrigerator for twenty minutes, you can further add other vegetables and cream.

Humus Wrap


1 multigrain bread or tortilla
¼ cup cheese
¼ cup sliced onion
¼ cup diced cucumber
4 tbsp roasted garlic humus


Spread the humus on the bread or the tortillas (warm the tortillas in the microwave first). Add all the other ingredients and roll the bread or the tortilla and enjoy your humus wrap.

Taco Salad


2 slices of lean beef or chicken
½ cup of canned black beans
Onion powder
½ clove or garlic
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ cup cheese
2 tbsp salsa
Any other vegetables that you deem fit to be put in a salad


Put oil in a pan and brown the chicken or the beef, add the onion powder, beans and garlic. Remove it from the pan and put it on a serving tray. Add all the other green vegetables and your healthy lunch recipe is ready.
